Beautiful dishes came broken

I love the dishes. They are beautiful. Unfortunately I ordered to sets online and both came with broken dishes in the boxes. They were shipped in only the boxes the dishes would have been in at the store. No additional padding or anything.

BEAUTIFUL BUT CAME COMPLETELY BROKEN

Beautiful Set . SHAME ON MACY'S BOTH BOXES (EACH SERVICE OF 4) CAME BROKEN!!!! BOX WAS NOT MARKED HANDLE WITH CARE.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE

I ordered 2 sets of this dinnerware. The packaging from the warehouse is LESS than desirable. The first shipment came damaged!. The box was place in another too large box with minimal packing material to protect it. Therefore the box was damaged and caved in. I have tried numerous times to contact Macys to return and have another set sent; However, no one ever answers their customer service line. I finally did return online for paperwork will be sending back. I was going to just order another one. However this dinnerware is no longer available. Which means I will need to return the second set as well. This is HORRIBLE customer service.

Beautiful but broken.

The dishes are beautiful, the bowls and cups are a wonderful size; however, one of the large plates was broken when I opened the package. The dinner plates are very shallow compared to my old Pflatzgraff Tea Rose plates.

Fragile, poor construction

These do not look like the picture. The pattern is stamped on and sone are not centered or do not complete the pattern. Some if the plates are misshapen where the middle is higher than the sides so any food won't stay in the plate. They are easily chipped by everyday use. I am sorry I wasted my money on these. I had to order something else today. I spent a little more on a brand I know is good so I hope for better results. I had problems with delivery of broken pieces but Macy's was quick to put things right. They sent replacements very quickly. The shipping was just in the box with no padding and these are too fragile for that.
