Sweet Treat

Better late than never!! Very beautiful set for my new daughter in law. I was a little disappointed that it didn't arrive as promised (by Christmas). Lucky for me that had other gifts for her. Still work out, it will now be a Sweet Treat for after delivery 🤗

We sent this as a gift to a lady having an operation to be used after her hospital stay. She indicted she loves it and will pamper herself.

FAILED TO DELIVER ITEM

I purchased this item at sale price in December. It was scheduled for deliver 12/24, it never arrived. The item disappeared, the tracking number was created UPS 1Z8E80190195061394, and the shipper never shipped it. UPS reported that they did not receive item for shipment. I attempted twice to get this item delivered, and it still, after repeated complaints has not arrived. The noticed that it arrived 12/24 is a LIE! If it arrived why can't I track the package, where did it go, is there a picture of the delivery site or perhaps it wasn't delivered at all, because of the sale price. This is not acceptable and reflects poorly on MACY's quality in customer service and your online store. Find what happened to my order, and reimburse my MACY's card.

Didn’t ship what i ordered

I ordered this product that I’m reviewing but I got a different one. I particularly ordered the honey almond but I got the coconut. Also I don’t have time to return the item. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

It was loved , very impressed. Aroma is like vanilla . Loved the bag for traveling to hang up items is convenient. Nail kit is perfect. Made a hit with my sister, birthday gift. Bathtub is beautiful and brighten her bathroom.
