These are horrible. The box was full of fluff. Laying them on the floor, they look old and used.

This item was such poor quality. I’m so disappointed in Macy’s low standards these days. I will no longer be shopping at Macy’s. In addition to caring poor quality. Their return process is cumbersome and not customer friendly.

DO NOT buy these rugs!

While the color may attract you and you think you can deal with imperfections...let me tell you this. You do NOT want to spend 45 minutes after you wash the rugs, pinching off the shaggy lint. Your washing machine tub will be covered in the shaggy, soggy mess. And if you put them in the dryer, you'll create a fire hazard with the 4 cups of globbed lint left in your dryer. After this debacle there isn't enough absorbent fluff to take care of the water on your feet after the shower. These were a total bust.
