Unit does not work. Shuts off almost immediately.

This essential oil diffuser by Ellia came beautifully packaged and wrapped. I plugged it into an outlet (via the USB power cable,also included) to charge the lithium batteries included with it. Hours later, the red "charge" light was still on. The following day, I filled the chamber with water and oil as instructed. The unit works for less than a minute and shuts off completely; light, mist do not stay on. Plugging into an outlet with the USB power cord again, I turned on the light and mist features. Again, the unit worked for less than a minute plugged in, then shut off. I see on the Ellia site now, that many of these units have the same problems. Wish I would have known about this defect before purchasing.

Disappointed

Very disappointed... power button on the bottom of vase... it has not work once steam comes out for seconds and goes off... no instructions with package... vase is pretty... think I’ll just use it for decoration...

A very decorative piece.

I like this diffuser most of all because it is cordless and can be placed anywhere, it;s a problem when you have to look for a plug so this is great, also holds a charge for about 4 or 5 hours, the biggest problem when they designed it they put the on and off and the plug underneath it, so my suggestion after you charge it don;t fill it before a charge, use a measure cup after it;s placed where you want it.

Bought 2 and they both work well. Super chic and blends well with decor. Will be buying 2 more!!

Nice product but not to my expectations

Product was nice but it would not keep a charge. I would charge it all night and it would only work for 40 minutes before cutting off. When it was working, it would work just fine. Also, power button was located underneath it, bad location in my opinion.

Not worthy

I dont know if its defective or it just the mist is not coming out at all. Agree with the other reviewers who gave 1 star. It will be returned as soon as store opens in area.

Not so much

Two starts because it's pretty and looks like a vase. Terrible concept. The on/off button is at the bottom. It leaks too easily when touched.

Pretty but not worth it

Nice looking. No instructions on how to turn on. Was confusing and difficult to locate power button. Power button is on the bottom of diffuser which makes for a possible spill. Would not recommend filling water to "fill line". Fill water halfway to fill point (works a lot better). Also, the battery life sucks. Constantly recharging device. Fortunately, I like how it looks in my house. Would not recommend to other customers.
