Highly recommend
I've had two of these because they work great, but my old one had a soft flap over the middle part which was much more comfortable than the mesh which irritates my skin slightly. Don't buy a knock-off, Homedics is worth he money. The cheapy ones you get what you pay for..

I have tried massagers before and they were kind of hard and too strong. This one gives a nice massage that is mire close to a real massage. I love it!!

Deep massage for sciatica
I pulled my back lifting furniture. I have had sciatic problems for years. Once in awhile I have needed massage therapy. The back massager gives a deep massage right where it's needed.

I am totally happy with my purchase. It is amazing how the massager can get right. at the points on either side of my spine and relax the tension, muscles and knots. I have chronic pain and this was worth the purchase.
