Bummer!
We bought this a couple of years ago right before we moved and never got around to using it until tonight. Started out working just fine, but the water cooled down rather rapidly and at the end, it felt like it was no warmer than room temperature. Then the massage feature started to oscillate from full speed to low speed, to off, and then back to vibrating again. No rhyme or rhythm to it. We've had other Homedic products and never had this kind of a problem. Not sure what to say or do, but only giving it 1 star for those reasons.

LEAKS ALL OVER!
Received this product as a xmas gift. Just opened it, added water and salt and it started to leak out the bottom though the vents! No visible cracks, nothing. Just a wet carpet…

Garbage
So this is the second unit that I've had the misfortune of buying, only problem now is that I've misplaced the receipt for this one. This is the SECOND unit that literally doesn't even start.. not happy
