Durable and high quality, lasted 8 years
We bought this UHE WM85 in January 2017, after searching for a high-quality humidifier that would last more than one year. After 8 years of use, it no longer stays on for very long (and could be my fault, for touching the membrane with my finger). Up until this winter, it has given us great service and has been very durable and reliable - always there when we need it! Very sorry to see that it is now listed as 'discontinued,' we're hoping that the UHE WMF185 will be as durable, reliable, long-lasting and high quality as the previous model!

It made loud noice!
Bought this a year ago and actually using it only for the months of winter, that were about 4 months and it started to make very loud noise, I shut it off right away. Thought it was lucky this did not happened while I was sleeping. Something must be wrong and might have cause fire.

Great product
This is the second homedics product I have purchased. I love the shape, color and the small footprint it has in a room. It is very easy to use, fill, and works well in large rooms.

Great product
I love the timer feature, and that you can pick cool or warm. I had one for several years and just quit in me, i new right away i needed another one.

Leaks
I bought this 4 months ago. It was working great until a week ago as it leaks all over. I’ve tried everything. This is my second Homedics humidifier and they both leaked.

LOVE this humidifier. Can’t live without it.
We have used 24/7 this for 16 months straight since my son was born. never fails. It lasts a long time between refills depending on the setting. It has helped us survive colds and just general winter dryness. It sounds wonderful at night too. Also the humidistat number is accurate for the room because I have checked it with other humidity gauges. Best humidifier on the market second to an in home one attached to your furnace.

Useless!!!
Just bought mine and the first two days I had puddles of water on my floor. Now; it doesn't do anything. It's so dry and my nose and sinuses are killing me. I have the thing on full blast and my heating system in the house is killing it.
