Expected better
I received this as a Christmas gift and was excited as my old one had finally given out. While the massage is very nice, the heat is less than expected. Still haven't figured out if the heat comes on by itself or if you have to have the massage on for it to heat up. The buttons are had to find and do not align with the spots on the chair. Also, the buttons are behind your back so hard to reach.

Works nicely.
Bought this for the wife. She has back issues and though I was hoping for a deep tissue massager, I thought the ability to take this where ever you go added to need to get at least one. Glad I did. Though not deep digger, the wife loves and in fact fell asleep the first night she started using it with it still in use. I enjoyed that. Thank you.

Very Comforting
I bought this a month ago for back pain and the vibrations and heat are very nice. The only problem I have with it are the placement of the controls. I think they should be on a separate control cord instead of being built into the cushion behind your back where they are hard to reach for adjustment in. This is the only problem I have with it.

Trouble with power supply
The power supply (AC adapter) doesn't last. I'm constantly trying to replace it, but it's a real pain. It's hard to contact support. They don't answer their phone. The power supply is defective. Think seriously about another brand.

Buttons hard to oush
Love it but wish it had it’s own cut off. I fall asleep and am suppose to turn it off at 15 minutes.
