How Macy's shipping failed, twice on same item.

The pillow was beautiful but what you have to go through to get it was terrible. Ship to store says was received but never got email and they couldn't find the order. Customer service no help. Had to reorder, MGR was great regarding this. Macy's doesn't use your full home address. Had to go to UPS to try and stop it from being shipped back to sender. on my reorder. UPS was a Great help.

Great Well Made Cute Octopus Pillow

The octopus pillow looks bigger than I expected but is great. I just wish it could be used outdoors because I would place it in our boathouse, but for now it resides on a guest bed!
