Worst purchase

Upon assembling we learned the seat does not attach properly and came off every time the boys tried to ride. Not only that it exposed the wires and now 20 days later the car does not hold a charge and Macy’s will not help cus it’s a 3rd party vendor. The vendor has not responded and does not have a working number.
