Not working after 1 year of use

i started using it last April and only in 1 year it has stopped picking up dust. Mind it i only use it gently in the living room with no pets, I'm disappointed

Not worth it

We got this last summer and it worked fine until now and I can not believe it did not even last for a year. The suction has gone and makes wierd noise and there is no way to fix it. For the price I did not expect that it will break down.

Wasting your money

Everything wraps around the beater brush and clogs this vacuum. Constantly have to remove hair lint what ever you run over with it. AT 9 mos with this vacuum the beater bar motor stopped working completely. Hoover is usually a great product. This model is not.

Light and Effective

Easy to maneuver and lighter than the average vacuum. it picked up what my old Hoover left behind. The only reason for not receiving 5 stars is that it isn't as quite as I'd like.

Unexpected surprise

When my new Hoover Windtunnel arrived I was dismayed at the all plastic housing. All my other vacuums had metal housing and this seemed at first glance less durable. But that thought was immediately dispelled when I turned it on and saw the amazing amount of hidden dust and dirt accumulating in the bagless canister. Emptying the canister is a breeze and not having to deal with bags is a real pleasure. The Hoover has done an impressive job on both bare floors and carpet. It's a keeper.
