cute but shoulders don’t stay up

Maybe if I had sized down this dress would have worked, but the sleeves slipped right off my daughter’s shoulders! You can’t see from the photos but the back dips lower than other dresses. If the fabric went across the shoulder blades instead of mid back, the dress would stay up just fine.
