Terrible Experience

If you’re could give 0 stars, I would. Wrong size was delivered. I was told correct size would be expedited. That did not happen. Product was never replaced. Second contact indicated that it would be 10 days before anything would happen but that everyone in the chain understood that I wanted replacement, not credit. Several days later I received an email stating that a refund in the form of a gift card would be mailed to me. My next contact advised that they would void the gift cards and apply the credit to my account, but that it probably would not be posted prior to the due date so I would have financial e charges and there is nothing they can do about it. The experience from start to finish has been terrible. I will no longer shop at Macys.
