Not labeled correctly

My husband wears a size M. I purchased this shirt in size M for his birthday. He couldn't even get it to go around to button it and could not move in the sleeve area, they were so tight. The shirt is obviously mismarked and is more like a size XS. It was 60 days past the purchase date, so I emailed to see if the co. would make an exception for a return since it was sized incorrectly. I never heard back from them. One star for the material that was great - everything else, not so great..
