Order delayed despite paying for expedited 1-2 business day shipping. App does not list the updated shipping date. Called customer service who could not refund and just put me on hold for 20minutes.
Hard and don’t fit
I was excited about these sheets. They cost a fortune so I had high expectations. Not only are they hard but the fitted sheet was impossible to get on. It has ripped and I can no longer use them. Won’t be buying these again. Do yourself a favor and get the less expensive ones. They are softer and last longer!

I love these sheets. So comfortable in late Summer/Fall. Remember driving all night & finally arriving at your nice hotel room & diving into the bed? These sheets feel just like that. They somehow keep you cool & warm & enveloped when needed. They have heft to them, but that comes with quality. I will buy again.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this very expensive sheet set. My previous Hotel Collection sheets (the 600 thread count version) lasted me six years and were still in great condition, which is why I trusted the brand again when I upgraded to a larger mattress. Unfortunately, this new set has been a huge letdown. In less than four months, the fitted sheet has pilled so badly that it feels rough and uncomfortable, to the point where I cannot sleep on it. For such a high price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. I understand the return window has passed, but I strongly believe this is a product defect rather than normal wear and tear. Macy’s should not be selling sheets that deteriorate this quickly, and I hope this situation can be made right with a refund or replacement. I also purchased the duvet cover from this collection and that has been excellent, which makes it clear that the fitted sheet is the issue.

I am not impressed with the quality. I have purchased these sheets before and they were so unbelievably soft. These are not. They feel like a tablecloth. And also are noisy when moving around in bed. For the money, definitely not worth the price.
Not Like Before
I used to love these Hotel Collection 1000 thread count sheets pre-2016? (year). But now, I notice that there seems to be a problem with the quality of the weave. Parts of the sheet seem thicker than others, so there is an uneven wear. The last set lasted two washes before the issue became apparent.
