Terrible customer service

Worst review. Never arrived and never notified of non-availability and then not given a refund, but only given the option of gift card. Terrible customer service and will be cautious of ordering from Macy’s again.

Salesperson Made the Shopping Special

First Salesperson Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful to work with. She spent quite a bit of time to ensure the right choice for my requirements, offering options I might like, and when chosen, she then placed the order with great care. Before placing the order, she suggested I apply for a Macy's Credit Card to achieve maximum savings during their One-Day 4th of July Sale. I did so, receiving great value. Through her I purchased three Hotel Collection 680 Thread Count Pima Cotton sheet sets, three mattress covers and a lovely Ralph Lauren blanket. They arrived earlier than expected and have proven to be the absolute right choice. Thank You, Elizabeth. I will be seeking you out for all such future purchases.

Great Comfort and Fit

Hotel Collection 680 Thread Count 100 Supima Cotton Twin XL Sheet Set is very soft and smooth and comfortable. They fit better than the sheets we had on the beds previously. The sheets improve the ability to sleep comfortably. They were a good purchase.
