Best Duvet Ever

Excellent duvet. The best quality workmanship I’ve seen in a duvet.. The material is very smooth and makes no noise. The zipper is unnoticeable and the side trim is very well made. We use it the Hotel Collection light weight down comforter. The duvet does add a little weight. However, the combination of the two provides the best sleep we’ve had in years. The comforter does not move at all. The combined weight surrounds your body with cozy comfort and stays in place regardless of how much you move in bed. We have a sleep number bed and over the past 3 weeks I’ve had 14 nights with a sleep score of 90+. I’ve never had this many nights of high sleep scores prior to buying the duvet/comforter combo. It’s definitely worth the money.

Delivery Representation

Macy's on line product is terrible. The order was represented to be delivered on December 17. It didn't arrive. When I reached out I was told it would be delivered December 23, which was too late. I called Macy's and they would not cancel the order indicating it was in transit. I guess I need to wait until delivery and then not pick it up[ to get a refund......maybe. I'll never order on Macys.com again

Was wrinkled and already washed return

Not happy with this mess and this isn’t what I’m used to from Macys it arrived smelling like detergent and wrinkled mess going to try and steam it but weirded out by it being previously used
