So Far So Good!

This mattress was on sale when I got it, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's firm enough for a stomach sleeper but soft enough to give when side sleeping. I'm not sure how "cooling" it is because I bought a mattress pad that seems to be defeating the purpose of the bed's cooling features, but that would be the case with any mattress.

Beware

Just bought this mattress set. When we went to sleep on it that evening, we discovered it had a hump/ bulge in the center of the mattress. It was difficult to sleep on my side when facing the edge of the mattress due to the feeling you would slide right out of bed because of a slope created by the bump in the middle. I immediately contacted Macy's customer service and they arranged for an "inspector" to come out and check it. He turned up about 5 days later and measured the "dips" on either side, one of which measured 1 1/4". He said it had to be 1 1/2" to be considered defective ( please remember this is a firm mattress). He also said someone would call me to discuss. Four days later after no calls, I again called customer service, that's when I found the inspector had declared there were no dips. I said I needed to make arrangements to return it as we could not use. Now will get dinged with a 15% restock fee which was not disclosed when buying Disgusted will not shop Macy'again.
