I purchased a very poorly made robe on a whim for a “vacation” anyhow, this one feels higher quality with two different layers of texture, one being smooth and the other being a bit more absorbent but not too soft. If it were to have a hooded top, it might have been perfect. Absolutely love but having a built in head towel ie a hood on a robe is everything for me.

I have been hesitating on getting this due to the very mixed review, and upon receiving the package my heart did sink: the packaging is super careless, it’s simply a robe put in a box without any cushion or plastic or bags or anything. But I will have to say, the whole robe has overall decent quality, soft on the skin and quite warm for getting out of my weekly sauna. Personally I would recommend this.

Good quality. Hard to find - only in Home Store.
Bought three of these while they were on a good sale heavy nice weight. They seem to be one size so I was able to get a size large to fit my son and he really likes it. The women’s small medium fit me 5 foot five 145 sleeves were not too long. Only wish they would have them in the main Macy’s store. They were by far the best quality of the ones I tried on and fit.

I like all things hotel collection and this robe is no acception, its comfortable and the right size and length. Im happy with the item

Poor Quality … and Not Returnable!
I was beyond disappointed in this robe; it looked like it had been washed and returned - although there was a tag attached. Wrinkled, stringy, too short. The design is weird, with the terry on the inside and a smooth outer face, which will likely stain and look dirty soon after wearing. That’s my fault for not understanding the description. It’s lightweight, which is ok. I thought I tried on the exact same robe in the store (brand, price), but it must have been different. Unfortunately, I noticed the discreetly placed “no returns” after the fact.
Hotel Collection Spa Robe
Wow, I already had a hotel collection spa robe, but it’s thicker and more geared for winter in Texas. This one is a lighter version with a smooth shell exterior and towel material inside. Perfect weight and length for me at 5’7. This also came in a in between size of L/XL, which fits me well. It’s really luxurious.
