Disappointing
The material is not good at all, the pictures in the review above is mine brand new. I put alot of pillows on mine and putting the pillows on the bed rubs the material and causes that type of pilling look. I will not buy again and I invested so much money into this set. I purchased the shams and extra pillows. So disappointing after this investment
OVER PRICED and POOR QUALITY FABRIC -- Pilling
As much as I wanted to love this comforter set because it's the only set I could find to match my master bedroom, color and décor, the fabric is unfortunately very poor quality. I first had the comforter and replaced it with a duvet -- both fabrics started to pill within two months. A huge disappointment and will NOT purchase the brand of product again.
Better Hotel products than this
Very disappointed in the comforter and shams. I purchased them early June because of a sale but didn’t actually start using until August as we were redoing out bedroom. The Hotel sheets I have are great! But the comforter and shams seem to look so worn and the comforter is piling in spots and I’m not sure why as i have only washed the comforter twice. I also have a queen that does not fit into my oversized washer - so I have to go to the laundromat- will be dry cleaning it next time. Just disappointed in the quality with how much I paid even with the discount- I’m also a former Macy home department employee and now how great the Hotel Collection is. This particular line is a let down to say the least.
Absolutely Terrific
Bought Hotel Sheets a few weeks ago, they are the Best Sheets we have ever had. The material is Fantastic and they are luxurious! ! !

Beautiful but delicate
The comforter is gorgeous, but a bit delicate. First time I cleaned it I washed it on delicate, per the label, and it tore. Macys is making it right, but I would recommend getting it dry cleaned.
Shows signs of wear very fast
I would have to agree with a few that posted this. I do not like to leave bad reviews. Macys is my favorite store and I shop here all the time. I purchased the duvet cover and I simply loved it. Beautiful Colors, nice material and all the class it shows. However it did show signs of wear very quickly and lost its luster fast. I do feel it was a little pricey to fall apart so quickly
Great but heavy
This product is high quality but is more for winter use. It is very heavy and too hot. Great price but will have to save for next cold weather season.
