Received a Completely Different Pattern

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased the Hotel Collection Dimensional 3-Pc. Duvet Cover Set (King) specifically because of the pattern shown in the cover photo. However, what I received was not the Dimensional set at all, it was the Hotel Collection Scisto 3-Pc. Duvet Cover Set (King), which has a completely different look and pattern. The item I received does not match the product images or description for the Dimensional duvet cover. The quality may be fine, but that’s not the issue, the product in the packaging was simply not what was advertised. I expect better accuracy from Macy’s, especially for a premium bedding item. Please double-check product listings and fulfillment to avoid this kind of mix-up.

Loved this until I washed it and it became easily damaged. Cost way too much to look like this after a wash.
