Disappointed!

I received this product yesterday and washed it for the first time in my Spin Queen washing machine. Now, I have two big holes and stains in this expensive comforter and I'm very disappointed. I followed the washing instructions. Come on, Macy’s!

Very warm

I love the look of this comforter; it’s truly beautiful and the quality appears to be high. The main issue is the warmth level. It is very thick and incredibly warm. For anyone living in a hot environment—like Florida—this is simply not a practical choice. Unfortunately, I washed it before realizing how warm it was, so I can't return it now. For those who, like me, prefer to wash their bedding often, be aware: this comforter is very difficult to manage. Even with my large-capacity washer and dryer, its bulkiness makes washing and drying a real chore.
