Great product!

These pillows are of high quality and beautiful, looks just like the picture advertised. Expensive even with the 60% disc, but worth it!

Sorry no more online shopping with Macy's!

Shopping online with Macy's, my personal experience was one with disappointment. After shipping and finding the product that I felt was a good fit, fabric, design and shipping fulfilment. The item had noted delivery within 3-5 days through the entire process. After checkout I received a follow up order confirmation advising me that the delivery was 6 - 9 days. The order is still in the process status and it has been 9 days. Today I received an email asking how much I like the product? I don't even have the item!

Too Shiny

I LOVE Hotel Collection; but the coverlet was so shiny I had to return it. Also it smelled really awful when I received it-all of it - and airing it out didn't help much. But I love my Hotel Collection Sheets the most!
