Disappointing quality

The color in person is different and not to my liking. Looked like more of a gold-taupe online. I’m person in looks more pink-brown-taupe. Really disappointed with that. I’ve been disappointed with the quality of all three Hotel Collection sets I purchased. Very wrinkly, a little bigger than all of their respective sized pillows so they're baggy instead of taut, and the underside of the comforters is a cheap, stiff fabric.
