Sent the wrong towel

So careless. I’d like to review this towel but I can’t because they sent me the wrong one. I ordered 1 towel to match other towels. Macy’s sent a towel that was clearly the wrong towel. It had a label on it that said “RETICKET TAG” and what I received is completely different towel, in a completely different size. So now I have to pay to ship this back to Macy’s because they make you pay to ship it back. How dumb. How about having a system in place to check your work before you send a package out? It would have been very easy to see that this item is different than the one I actually ordered had someone compared with a photograph .

Beautiful but I don’t recommend this towel

Beautiful, thick and plush. Unfortunately they are so thick snd dense that they do not absorb well, so my body was not fully dry and I had to air dry before getting dressed. They also shed a lot of lint in the bathroom and leave some lint on your skin. I had to return them.

I bought these because they were on sale. Oh my goodness they are so soft and absorbent. I’ve only washed it once and it washed well and is still very absorbent.
