Medium density pillow is too firm

We purchased the medium density king pillow and found it to be more like firm pillows by almost every other brand of pillow. The quality is good, but my wife and I don’t really like them. They are so big it is a struggle to get them into king pillow cases which seems to add to the firmness.

Invisible Comforter and Terrible Customer Service

It would be great to write a review for a comforter that actually arrived at my house. I have tried to order this product twice, contacted customer service both times and am still looking at my online account with a product that has not even shipped but should have already arrived. Be careful when ordering from Macy's. Customer service will not help you and claim that they cannot help you cancel orders when they are not shipping. My fault, I guess for trying to order it a second time.
