Firm but comfortable support.

I like these pillows, but standard Charter Club pillowcases are a bit small for them, making them even more firm. Pottery Barn cases, the same... They do come with a nice pillow slip. I would recommend these pillows.

This is quite lumpy. Not comfortable at all for the price and for the hotel collection name it is not worth it. I would not recommend this product.
