Disappointing

I was really looking forward to a nice new, soft, comfortable comforter. This one was very disappointing. I had a down comforter that over the years become very lumpy in some areas and flat in others as the feathers moved. So this time I decided to not get down in hopes that it would keep its shape. I was also looking forward something soft. This comforter has rough material, each square is a lumpy mess so my bed has uneven lumps everywhere and it is heavy. Everything about it is not at all what I wanted. I am so bummed that I wasted money on this.
