Disappointed

Ordered two pillows and only received one - the package was open so not sure where other pillow is - so had to order another. Hope to not get charged for it too. Which will mean either a phone call or trip to Macy's. Just not happy about all the time I have spent correcting the problem.

So nice!

I normally buy the medium firm pillows. I thought I would try the firm one. My head melds in perfectly. I am getting better sleep according to my Fitbit.
