Beautiful Look Extremely Poor Quality
Beautiful Look Extremely Poor Quality. Was excited to receive these from my Macy's wedding registry. However after only a few washes, the edges have all chipped. The gray now shows chips of white, and is sharp and unsightly. I expected much better quality from Macys Hotel Collection. I tried to upload some photos but was unsuccessful in doing so.
Extremely fragile and hard to replace
When we bought two dinner sets, we were excited, but after a few uses and washes in the dishwasher, the plates are losing luster and the plate edges are getting chipped rather easily. Hard to find replacements. You are better off buying cheap plates from Ikea, which are more durable can be easily replaced with the same types.
Beautiful- not worth buying
These are beautiful but plates came broken and they can't replace them. Now I'm on hunt for whole new set

NOT DURABLE
I loved the clean look and weight of these plates. Unfortunately, they all chipped within the first 2 weeks. They are not durable or made well. We are not rough with them, but just stacking them creates a chip. I'm very disappointed. Macy's, you should give me a refund and stop selling this. Don't buy it or you too will be let down.
Waste of money
I bought these for everyday use. They look great but the quality is horrible!! Almost all my plates have chipped. I would not recommend these!
Chips easily
Will not buy again, chips very easily. I purchased 4 sets of the dinner setting (16 place settings). They are beautiful, but 5 dinner plate, 2 bowls, and 2 salad plates have chipped. We use this setting 2-3 times a week.
Hotel Dinnerware
Very expensive product … not durable … most likely originated from the Far East … so sad … recommending to not buy Hotel Collection Modern Dinnerware …
Chipped dinner plates.
Very upset with dinner plates, I purchased in March 2019, 2 plates chipped, I replaced in Oct 2019, another plate chipped, I don't want to replace plates every couple months. I would like to return.
