I ordered this set for the enjoyment of the New Year. It was not stated how it would be delivered to me. I contacted Macys directly after via chat . Six times I was cut off . I called in the Morning only to be told they could not change my shipping method to UPS who brings it to my home. USPS does not, as we do not have mail carriers in my town. Therefore I would have to drive to town, load my car full, carry it up 16 steps . I was told they could not change the shipping so I said cancel the order. I was told they can only do that 30 minutes after the order, which as I said the chat didn't allow me to. Now I am told they sent it anyway. I will return all unopened immediately to you via your shipping company and expect a full refund .

Nice but not for my room
It was a very good deal, but I’m not fond of duvets. If it worked in room then ok. Turned out being same color as my walls. Not enough contrast

The duvet cover is beautiful, fits perfectly and washes well. I couldn’t be happier with it although it didn’t hurt that it was on sale!! Lucky me!

Great looking, color is light gold and versatile. Nice that it comes in a set with shams and easily matches my existing sheets. Definitely needs an ironing job out of the bag since material is a bit textured. Not overly soft if want covers that feel like cotton blanket. Wish it came with more matching accessories.

Good duvet color for winter, but the texture can be a bit rough. It’s quite warm, and does a great job of keeping the insert clean. The color is pretty versatile — fits well in my bedroom. Overall I enjoy the comfort!

The set looks very beautiful, and elegant, very smooth and warm to sleep on. The Moonstone gold color is just amazing, it brings some brightness to my bed with the cherry wood. I just love it, and i will recommend it for anyone looking for a duvet set.
