I love these plates, bowels and even the mugs. They are a little heavy but very beautiful. Loved by all who have used them. The mugs are extremely comfortable to hold. very happy with them.

Do Not Buy. Defective Product.

In past two years, 4 out of 10 have broken, 3 in dishwasher and 1 in microwave. Quality is clearly an issue for Macy's house brand. I will not be buying anything from 'The Hotel Collection' line again. Macy's does not stand behind their products anymore, no refund offered.

Bring these back!

These are the best plates and bowls I've had. I broke one and really wish I could replace it! They are beautiful!

Beautiful until it chips

We love the look of these plates/bowls and registered for three sets for our wedding. We got one of them early and within a month or so one of the plates had already chipped, and now three of the four have chips. We ended up removing this set from our registry and picking a different one.

Odd Shapes

Plates are a good, heavy quality. Are advertised as not uniform in shape but I had to reorder sets of 4 dinner plates & return sine about 3 times to get plates that would set level on the table or weren't grossly irregular in shape. I didn't have an issue with the salad plates being unacceptable in shape.
