This is Not a Standard Soft Pillow

This pillow is neither standard size or soft. It is hard as a rock and about 8 inches deep and it doesn't give since it's not soft. There is way too much fill in the pillow. Try sleeping on if if you sleep on your back or side without dislocating your neck. The pillow barely fits in my standard pillowcase and is firmer than my old pillows which are medium density and firmer.

Pillow transaction

I have never been treated so offensively as I was by several Macy’s employees and managers. When I returned the pillows I was given Macy’s points back instead of the cash I had paid. I have not shopped in macys in a few years and will not be back. The woman clerk that did my return said giving points for returns was their policy. I promptly told her I paid with cash no points and what she was doing was not legal. She then ignored me to take care of another customer. I then spent at least 45 more minutes with a manager and then two customer service representatives one who hung up on me. The second person took care of my problem but told me it was a one time consideration. That started me thinking how many other customers has macys been ripping off. Your clerk should be fired for the way she treated a paying customer. I am sure this is not what Macy’s would want representing them
