Received incorrect color

I ordered the bath towel in “deep sage” online because there were only the hand and face towels of that color in store. What arrived was the bath towel in the color “vapor” which deceptively had the tag removed to try to pass off, but was a mirror image of the vapor color at the store. This is particularly upsetting because I bought the hand and face towels in deep sage with the intent that the bath towel from online will complete the set and now I don’t trust the team to be honest on whether this color is actually in stock.

Too much shedding

I have been buying Hotel Collection towels for a while, usually they are plush and ok; but this specific one is horrible. It sheds so much in the washer machine that almost clogs it, not only then but when you are wiping yourself dry it keeps shedding and you have blue dots everywhere. At least the blush one I got sheds less.
