Storage for vintage platters

I'm using these to store vintage platters, gravy boat, serving bowls (Franciscan small fruit pattern). These bins fit all the items comfortably. Along with the provided felt cutouts I'm using bubble wrap for additional protection. Two concerns: 1) the lid is completely separate; 2) be aware of weight if you stack more than one. It would be nice if the lid was attached to the base. The "walls" are cardboard, sturdy-ish, but don't trust too much weight. They serve the purpose other than those concerns.
