Laptop
I ordered this twice because u had to cerify me. Tou didnt have to verify any other orders till this one You took the money it cost and cancelled the item and i had to call to get my return cash. But that took a week. Then the laptop came and it wasnt new but refurbished your add said new then i realized when i reviewd it - it meant a new item you were selling bot a new laptop. I havent opened it. Trying to decide if keeping it. I bought this for me for xmas am very disappointed in Macys. Who ever came ip w this in your sales dept is just wanted a sale and didnt care how they got it.
