Emi clarity is not good after purchasing hp inform that it is not cost emi and laptop has keyboard freeze issue and support system of hp needed to improve and in 50k price range 16gb and 1 tb i5 specifications must provide

Excellent value for money

Bought this recently as an upgrade. Wanted a faster processor with good memory capacity and reasonable storage. Really pleased it has met all expectations although Windows 11 takes a bit of adjustment but getting there... An excellent value for money laptop.

Volume

The volume is the issue .So low .Even I tuned up the volume still the same.My cellphone volume is much more louder than the HP i bought online at Macy's .My previous 2 laptops are both but not the same as the volume .You can't make the volume louder .I will return it .I will still recommend it but they have to resolve the issue HP 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop Intel Core i3-N305 8GB RAM Intel UHD..

Capable Machine

The HP 15-fd1004ca laptop is a very capable machine that meets my computing requirements. I allocated 4 starts instead of 5 because the the right click function on the trackpad tends to mechanically stick. Quality control must be improved to ensure that faults such as this are corrected before a laptop is sold to a customer.
