Very upset

This is not a touch screen which is the only reason I ordered it for school. Very disappointing to be lied to.

Bad

I wanted a touchscreen laptop and thought this would be perfect since the title says “touchscreen laptop” but when it arrived, it wasn’t a touchscreen. I was not happy because I needed it for school and touchscreen works the best. I had to return it and buy a different one. Please change the title of the laptop and remove the word touchscreen!!!!

NOT TOUCH SCREEN

I specifically bought this laptop for the touch screen feature but when it arrived it was completely wrong. I got a non touch screen version and when I reached out to the seller they never responded. Contracted Macys for assistance which they did and I greatly appreciate them, after they got involved the seller finally responded. They told me I was stupid and didn’t know how to use the laptop, when in fact I went into the laptops “about “ And it specially said not pen or touch compatible. So them saying I’m stupid and to call the manufacturer because I didn’t know what I was doing is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
