I bought this HP to replace an older model Hp that had been a great printer. This new one looks great and I connected it up as soon as it arrived, but, I was so disappointed in the speed of the printing process. My,old one was three times as fast as the new one which I find very strange, as you would think a model at least five years younger would be ‘new and improved’. Apart from the speed, it looks good and prints well, but I need to patient while waiting for my next new recipe or printed email!

Reliable cheap printer that produces good quality prints.

I bought this product to replace an older HP printer that had just stopped printing well after about four years of use. I was relatively cheap was delivered within a day and easy to set up. The quality of print and scanning are good. I've gone for the instant ink option for at least the free six months. I'll see how it get on from there.

Simply brilliant

I have had this printer for two weeks now, and it is brilliant. From set up to start, it works perfectly. It is very user friendly, easy to load cartridges and paper, and the control panel keeps you informed and assists with tasks.
