Beautiful deep blue-black colour, even the hinges

This is my third HP laptop of the same model. I am impressed by the rugged of this machine. I travel overseas a lot and it takes rough handling without damage. This time I wanted a machine without the white on silver keyboard which is hard to read in gloomy hotel rooms. So I found this dark blue/almost black unit on the HP website.The keyboard is easily readable (white text on dark blue keys). Also the keyboard is brilliantly backlit which I've set to remain permanently on. (Thanks to the online HP Community for instructions).. I loaded Windows 11 without using internet and then downgraded to Windows 10 without any problems. Everything about it works fine. I love this machine.

Laptop came with faulty charger

I am happy with the laptop but it came with charger that did not work . You sent me laptop charger that did not work, at all .This is very unfair and not acceptable to me. I had to buy a charger myself for the laptop.

Confused Client

Love copilot on this PC. However, deleting the keyboard from the screen was a chore. I still don't know how to put on my Backlight so that's the reason for my score. Other than that, it's easy to use

Very disappointed

Laptop is good but your HP center customer care told 6 months no cost EMI but after bought its showing as 3 months EMI this is very disappoointing. Called up customer care on this but no solution till now.
