Install ink for 8024e - 9 months free

I have had this a month and when I purchased the 8024e the box said 9 months free ink. To date I have not had any ink and I have had to buy replacement ink as my starter pack has run out.

Slow as a turtle

Too many little bugs. Often have to send a request for printing something twice or more and this is the slowest printer I have ever had to work with in my entire career. I wish I never had bought it. The years worth of free ink in retrospect is not able to compensate for my frustrations. I found an old HP printer at a yard sale that works so much nicer. This is the first HP product that I have been dissatisfied with all my years in needing printers and computers.
