Cute but super big

I'm usually a 1x-2x (size 16 jeans) but according to the size chart and my Macy's fit suggestions I needed a 2x, but the bottoms turned out to be super big and baggy on me and had no string to adjust it. I think this would fit pear shape lady pretty good! I'm 5'2" and this hits my ankles (not exactly Capri but not pants length either). Ended up exchanging for a 1x cause it's so cute! Hopefully that one fits better.
