Very disappointed long-time customer.

I placed my order on October 18, 2025, and received a confirmation email on the same day. On October 20, I received an email confirming the order had shipped. Over the next several days I tracked my order over several locations. However, on October 24th I received an email saying I returned the items and my account was credited for the purchase price. I would like to add the shipping carrier was DoorDash? I expected better service Macy's. A very disappointed long-time customer!

Quality is not the same

Have been wearing these leggings for years and have always loved the quality and generous length. Not sure why changes were made but the fabric is not the same and the length is at least a good inch shorter. So disappointed, will no longer be purchasing these going forward.
