Obviously used

Although the item arrived at my house early, I opened the bag to find that these were obviously worn before-they were wrinkled, had no tags (so I can't even return them), had some yellowish discoloration on a few areas, the waist was stretched out, and there were pieces of some other stringy material on them. Come on, Macy's...do better! (Especially for your loyal platinum members who spend a lot of $$ at your store!)
