This Huggaroo neck wrap microwavable heating pad features a removable, washable cover and lavender aromatherapy. Made of soft fabric which feels wonderful against your skin. Delivers deep heat to the neck and shoulders for 10 to 15 minutes. Remains warm for another 10 to 15 minutes. Lavender color. One size fits all.

    • Delivers deep, moist heat wherever applied. Ideal for neck and shoulder pain relief. Also great for migraine relief, sinus headache relief, and stress relief.
    • May also be used as a versatile, general heat pad to soothe back pain, menstrual cramps, or arthritic joints.
    • This model features subtle, soothing lavender aromatherapy. An unscented version is available as well (in grey).
    • Alternatively, chill in your freezer and use as a cold compress for a cool, refreshing experience.
    • One size fits all
    • Microwave for 1 min & 30 sec initially. If not hot enough, increase heating time in 30 sec increments with each subsequent use to get to desired temp (try 2:00, then 2:30, then 3:00, then 3:30 - max heating time).
    • Allow wrap to cool to room temp between heating cycles.
    • Chill in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use. Please note: this wrap is designed to be used primarily as a hot wrap.
    • The cooling action is mild and lasts only 5-10 minutes; it is a secondary, bonus feature.
    • Do not buy this wrap if you are primarily looking for a cooling wrap - for that indication, we recommend the Huggaroo Headache Hat and Ice Wrap instead.
    • Do not allow your wrap's fabric to come in contact with any oil, grease, or food left behind in your microwave from prior cooking
    • Do not overheat your wrap. Start with the shortest recommended heating time. 
    • Materials: 100% polyester filled with clay beads, flax seeds, and dried lavender.
    • Care: wash cover only on cool, gentle setting. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. No bleach. Do not submerge the entire wrap in water.

I recently had surgery and needed to use a moist heat. This product was a life saver! It helped relieve my pain as well as a night lavender aromatherapy. The weight of this product also naturally relaxes your body. Its a must have!
