To long of a wait to process and ship orders.

My order has been in the process stage for four days. I have tried to cancel my order, and the customer service rep stated my order can not be canceled, I would have to wait to receive my package and then return it, no way to cancel even if my order is in the processing stage. Do not buy from Macys online, their order processing and shipping is extremely slow!!
