maddening!!!!!

well, I ordered this hat 2 times now. first time they canceled my order and told me it was out of stock, even though I was still able to order it on macys.com. so I called customer service, they explained it was a mistake, the item is in stock, and reordered for me. AGAIN. ITEM WAS CANCELED, OUT OF STOCK. their remedy, a 25% off code which works on like LITERALLY NOTHING. I called back, they tried to find a similar hat for me, but would NOT MATCH THE PRICE I BOUGHT IT FOR. RIDICULOUS. Mind you, this item STILL SAYS AVAILABLE ON MACYS.COM. BEYOND FRUSTRATING. DO BETTER MACYS. NEGATIVE STARS.
