Worst Customer Service and Experience with Macy’s

I ordered a black HUGO by Hugo Boss Men's San Cassius Logo Sweater (Macy’s Exclusive) but received a completely different model (Hugo Boss Men's San Cassius Long-Sleeve Crewneck Sweater). When I called customer service, it took a long time for the representative to understand the issue. Initially, they said the correct item was out of stock, then later assured me I would receive the right one. During that week, I had to travel overseas and needed the sweater for a party. The replacement arrived on the day of my trip—but was sent to the wrong address (billing instead of shipping) and was the wrong item again! Now I have two incorrect sweaters to return when I come back. This was the worst customer service and shopping experience I’ve had with Macy’s.
