Don’t waste your time

First: the coat is cute and fits reasonably well, but I cannot recommend buying it. First off as another review pointed out it is not waterproof. Shame on Macys for saying so when the product label clearly says it is not. However I would give this coat ZERO stars if I could for the poor customer service. I purchased this coat online and it arrived with visible damage (black marks on a light pink coat). I messaged customer service only to be told I have to go to a store to exchange it. In the store the employee took the damaged coat and ordered me a new one for delivery. Ironically, that one arrived with the ink tag still on it. Wow, 2 for 2 on failed coats Macys. What’s worse is that I later find out that associate didn’t exchange my coat but actually charged me and ordered me a new one despite taking the old damaged one. I opened a dispute and the investigative team said nothing was wrong. Thanks again Macys for literally nothing but a non waterproof coat and a faulty double charge.

Stay dry in this raincoat

This raincoat does exactly as expected, extremely waterproof. It’s quite heavy to wear and quite stiff but I know that’s doe to the rubberized fabric. Not sure I’d have bought it if I’d tried it on in the store but left it too late to return. Because of how waterproof it truly is I gave it four stars.

I would return this if I could

Recently wore it for the first time because we previously had snow all of March into April and the first time I wore it, the Zipper won't work. Also, the hood was misdesigned, which is why they are selling these so cheaply. It's dangerous, so large you cannot see. Warning: Do not buy this product.

Tight around shoulders

I got a medium size and it was too tight around shoulders. Felt restricted. Definitely can’t layer. Returned it.
