Order said delivered - it was not. A replacement was created 12/6 and there has been no movement according to tracking. So, so frustrating. I have had several “chsts” with chat box, several chats with “live” chat people and one live person. To get this one iitem. Other items were delivered as expected but this item. What’s the problem?
